EPNIA Paintbrush Awards

Every month the Enos Park Neighborhood Improvement Association accepts nominations for the "Paintbrush" award.  Then in January of the following year, the EPNIA board members combine all of the winners from the previous year and vote on who should receive the "Golden Paint Brush Award" in February.

We would, however, like to feature one of Enos Park's newest renovations.  This beautiful Victorian is located at 923 N. 6th Street,( intersection of 6th and Enterprise), and was recently restored to it's former grandeur by Old Neighborhood Rehab, Inc. & Fletcher Farrar.  Built in 1859, it is an excellent example of the character and charm that Enos Park has to offer while affording all the modern conveniences of today's newer homes.
