As part of our efforts to beautify the neighborhood, the EPNIA is pleased to annouce a new program known as “Clean Up/Green Up.”
The EPNIA will provide matching funds, up to $500, to homeowners who undertake a project to improve the appearance of their property. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to win gift cards from local businesses based on the outcome of their improvements. Several local businesses have also partnered with EPNIA to offer discounts to those participating in the Clean Up/Green Up program. The process is simple:
Eligibility
1) Must be an owner-occupied home within the boundaries of Enos Park.
2) Grants will be awarded only for exterior improvements and/or landscaping.
3) Proposed project must be compatible with the design guidelines and uses outlined in the Master Plan.
4) Must complete the work by 11/30/11 and submit receipts for reimbursement by 12/31/11.
Application Process
1) Complete the application form providing details of your proposed project. The EPNIA will review your proposal and notify you within 10 days if your project has been approved.
2) Complete your project; you may do the work yourself or use hired help. Both materials and labor are eligible for reimbursement through the grant program.
3) Submit your receipts and a before and after picture of your improvements to the EPNIA. You will be reimbursed for 50% of the total project cost, up to $500. You will also be entered into the contest in the category of your choosing.
